Welcome to “Gravity Rapids” – a nickname for Grand Rapids that several of us locals use from time to time. Why? Because this area attracts newcomers, draws back former residents and keeps locals from ever wanting to leave. You might be one of those. And sooner or later, you might need someone to help you make a move – to here, back here, or across town.
Buying or selling a home is a big deal. Who you choose to work with is too. You’ll work closely with them and will rely on them. So, here’s a little about me.
I grew up and lived right here in “Gravity Rapids”, in a big family. I’ve raised kids, renovated houses, served on non-profit boards, and moved aging parents.
I spent decades producing films and TV commercials for area corporations, agencies and non-profits. I organized, prepped and managed big budgets, complex schedules, large crews, locations, set design and nervous clients with a level of detail that makes heads spin. A few years ago, I made a move to use my expertise to help people make one of their biggest moves.
I know process, negotiation and the value of constant, clear, and open communication. I know how to search and how to market. I know schools, streets, parks, neighborhoods – and sensitive situations. And I get what “home” means.
But, enough about me. What about you?
If you’re thinking about making a move, let’s talk.
